Donegal Developments is a British-owned, family-run business priding itself on traditional values and standards of service. It was established in North Cyprus in 2007 and is located in central Kyrenia.

The owners and directors have over 30 year's experience and knowledge within the property development market, having built numerous developments in the UK and North Cyprus. Donegal Developments are one of the very few developers in North Cyprus with such vast experience and were proud winners of the 'Best Villa' North Cyprus Property Awards in 2008 for their luxury villa built in Lapta, then in 2009/10 they won the platinum award for 'Best Proposed New Project' and the gold award for 'Best Marketing Campaign - Website'.  This year was another exciting time for the company as they won another two awards for 2011/12; the first was for the Sales Director, Nicola Wilkins who won the platinum award for 'Best Sales Representative' and the second was the gold award for 'Best Sustainable Development'.

Donegal Developments Ltd are pleased to announce that, for the third year running we are honoured to have received two awards at the 2011/12 Property Awards evening on Friday 18th November 2011.

The night itself was held at the Rocks Hotel in front of many members of the government and leading members of the construction and property industry.  A cocktail reception greeted the guests, which was followed by a 5 course meal and we were all entertained by Passione, an all female Romanian classical group, playing modern day music on classical instruments.  There was also a surprise appearance of Turkey’s leading singer Toygar Iskili.

The first award that the company won was the Gold Award for ‘Best Sustainable Development’ and the project we entered was our 3/4 bedroom villa in Esentepe.  You can see the photographs, which shows the construction of the villa on our website under 'Latest Projects'

The second award was the Platinum Award for ‘Best Sales Representative’ and this was given to our Sales Director, Nicola Wilkins.  Nicola joined Donegal Developments 14 months ago to set up the whole of the resale side of the business.

Winning these two awards means that all our hard work and dedication has paid off and we feel very honoured with the recognition.
