On November 21st 2009 Donegal Developments Team attended the TRNC property awards at the prestigious Rocks Hotel. Managing Director Kevin Moane and the rest of the team put many hours into the categories that was entered into, these were Best New Proposed Project, Best Marketing Advert and Best Marketing Web Site.

There were over 300 of the biggest names in North Cyprus real estate business attending the ceremony, all eagerly awaiting the outcome.

The guest of honour was no less than the TRNC President Mr Mehmet Ali Talat who gave a speech before handing the awards out to the winners.

There was in total 5 independent judges that spent weeks going around each of the companies that entered the awards, one judge said that “we are living in a vibrant property culture, we have picked the best of the best and you were all very, very good.

Here are the prestigious judges being presented a certificate from President Mr Mehmet Ali Talat for their dedication towards the awards

Firstly they announced all the Gold Award winners; Donegal Developments proudly received the Gold award for the Best Marketing Web Site.

Next was the Platinum Award winners, again we proudly received another award for the Best New Proposed Project, this was based on our Stable ford Residence development that can be found on donegal-developments.com or on stablefordresidence.com
